The CHF 249 report is a personalised 14-page strategy report based on the organisation’s diagnostic assessment. It is delivered within 24 hours and includes a 30-minute implementation session.

The Scorecard and Strategy Report support professional discussion and decision-making. They do not replace an organisation’s own professional judgement, review or governance processes.
